High idle after valve adjustment

High idle after valve adjustment
I adjusted the valves in my CRX (B18C1 OBD-0) and now my idle is really high. I adjusted the idle screw on the throttle body after and that helped some. Everything was working nicely before this. Anyone else have any similar problems before.
