that monkey bars looks scary....

and with that yellow strap, it looks like police caution lines around something scary....

those aren't monkey bars, they seem to be welded in. I think monkey bars are bolted together.

Yeah, fully welded cage. Going to be a H1 HC Race Car. Keep it on the hush though.

The yellow strap was holding the door from hitting. The cage was going into the door-panel so my brother cut the door panel out. Everything fits fine now. Thanks for the good responses.
