Default HELP! APEXi Power FC in a CRX w/ a 2000 JDM B18C5...

Basically, I need help with the wiring. I could use an ECU adapter for OBD0-OBD2, but I wouldn't get the full use of the FC. I'm located in VA, so if anyone has anyone they can refer me to, it would be much appreciated.
Thanks...

Better edit your post: No-one is willingly to spend that kind of money on the FC
