Default Looking at buying a swapped hatchback, have ?'s

I've looked around a little bit in the classifieds section for prices on similar cars, but I'm still not sure what I should offer this guy for his hatchback.

here's a bit about the car:

Chassis: 92 CX w/~135k (body is clean, w/tiny bit of rust on rear fender)
Motor: JDM B16A w/~60k (feels strong, runs really well)
Flywheel/Clutch: JUN flywheel with a Type-R pp/clutch
Header: DC Ceramic 4-2-1
Exhaust: Apexi WS (w/test pipe)
Tires: Dunlops (with good tread)
Suspension: GC's + AGX adjustables
Bars: GSR rear
Brakes: stock w/some grippy pads (new front rotors)
Wheels: 15" Rota C8's
Seats: Del Sol (full interior, good condition)
Radio: some pioneer cd player, looks nice enough

Carbon fiber hood, nice lip, nice color (needs some touch up work).

He wants $6500, but I think it's a bit high... What do you guys think?

? ?

Thanks in advance.

way too much...aftermarket parts do not add value to the car. Try to bring him down to around 4-5 grand

I think that by what you describe, $5k is MUCH more realistic--and that's probably being generous, too. The dude seems to think he can get back every penny he sunk into the car. Not so much.

even with this price is still way too much.expect at least 3-3500 the most.its a 92 cx. cmon now, go see the kelly blue book price for that used car and you will realize the value im talkin abt. dont be imitated jus cuz hes got a b16 in it.b16 motor are not even expensive compare to a gs-r motor.look at the big picture (car condition) not what he has under the hood or what cosmetic he did on the car.thats my opinion but its your decesion and your money.im just tryin if my opinion helps you out. peace

I'd say $4500 is fair. Be sure to run a compression check on it.
