Default 5-Lug Conversion

I have a set of Accord Type-R rims on the way from the UK. They are for my cousin's 94 Accord. What i need to know is what parts will be necessary and from what car in order make those 5 lug rims work.

Let me know as much as you guys can as soon as you can.

In my opinion, not worth the hassle, i <3 my 4 lugs. Dont waste your time or money just to use stock wheels.

before you change over to 5 lug, is there a reason for this? a friend of mine did this on his type R and it cost him somewhere between 1500 and 2000 bucks...

i think for that set of rims this extent of spending isnt necessary, you should re-think before you waste money on something you dont need, remember, 5 lug conversion adds one more lug per wheel which will minimally aid in weight dispersion, depending on your future planned mods, judge it on that...

most people make their cars lighter, so i dont think its efficient financially to do this, but if you do definetly want to go ahead and do it, check out some of the car sites out there, some of them sell lug conversions as kits...

there are a few reasons to do such a swap:

better wheel selection

better brake upgrade availability (in terms of brembo, stop-tech, fastbrakes etc)

etc...

I just bought a 94 accord ex for $2500. So it would cost $1500 to $2000 plus the rims for this upgrade? Seems like a waist of money since you could buy a whole car for that price nowadays!

Wow, such hostility over a little question. Well, they are for my cousin. I have a DB7 Integra. He has Accord Type-R Headlights, Taillights and a few other bits from a real deal Accord Type-R. All the parts came from the UK. He wants to do his thing and I support him. He already bought the rims, so saying to reconsider really isn't an option. I know at least another Honda out there would share the same bolt pattern that these rims need and the components needed should be able to swap out. Say and Accord V6 for example. I have no clue what the exact bolt pattern is, but would that fit?

I would assume they are the same. Aren't all Honda five lugs the same 5x114.3?

I think the 96 ITR's were 4x114.3

Correct me if I'm wrong.
