Default NKG or Bosch Oxygen Sensor? Any difference?

I am replacing oxygen sensor on my accord with 180k - yes, the original OS..i wonder if Bosch OS would be fine or should I stick to NKG OS? NKG OS costs twice than the bosch one. Any difference between these two brands?

Thanks in advance.

Jim

price is your main difference. i have had experience with 2 bosch universals, and they did the job for me. i used one on my turbo civic with a seized o2 sensor and one on my buddys 2nd gen teg with a seized o2 sensor when putting on header. the bosch comes in 2 types, the universal which u have to cut the harness plug and do a little wiring for $65 or so. then theres the bosch OEM replacement direct plug in which is about $120.

I swapped my stock O2 sensor in my 98 Accord EX with VTEC 4 cyl for the Bosch universal and followed the wiring to the tee, but my check engine light has not gone off. Any ideas?

I had the code checked b at the autozone near my house and we checked in their computer and it was for the bank 1 (exhaust manifold) O2 sensor. So that is why I am stumped I am think that may the wire didn't get a good enough connection to each other. Do you know what Class O2 Sensor the the stocker is?

try erasing the code, and see if it comes back on again?
