i put a new b16a2 into my car and i was driving today and the motor just died! the rpm gauge stopped and i lost all power and the rpms died slowly and it just cut out and woudnt start. I took the cover off the Sparks pluggs looked covered in oil. would this cause that? or could i have had a timign belt slip sicne the belt was changed only about 1000 miles ago, but i look at the cams and the belt still semms perfectly timed, but i havent gotten a good look down at the crank. what would cause i car to suddenly do that? because it was running great the whole time 'till this happend.

do u have your cam seal? my stock cx did the same thing just died and wouldnt start for the world.. cept i had oil in my dizzy hardcore.. check that man

 

check the seals around your spark plug wires, in the valve cover. They might be leeking oil into the spark plug holes.. or.. you blew your rings and leaking oil.. and smoke on the exhaust.. or cam seal leaking oil in dizzy.. take the dizzy off check that. Check fuses, check grounds, etc. enjoy and scan codes while your at it.
