Challege with 91 honda crx hf exhaust system
Anybody with Ideas,
I purchsed a performance exhaust system for the above but has a major challenge. The piece that connects to the cat converter is approx 1.5 ft short. I have been told and have seen with my own eyes is the converter is up near/towards the engine block. Am in communication with manufacturer to get this resolved, but they are saying that I modified this. I have not. previous owner is mid to late 50's and did not take care it enough to do some thing like this. My question and advice sought is this. Does anybody have any ideas how to get a peice of stainless steel pipe to connect the missing link? Not sure where to go from here. thanks for your help Kevin

okay sir..what you have to do is go to a good muffler shop..they will be able to fill in the missing section that occurs with having an HF CRX and an Si exhaust system..i have an 89 CRX HF and i purchased a TANABE Racing Medallion system(that is for the Si)..took it to the muffler shop and the guy "slip-fit" the section that is too short..shouldnt be a problem if you can find a decent muffler shop
..hope this helps.
