as far as doing any wiring of cars im still an ameature.
i was looking at some japanese odyssey/fit/honda sites and i came across many ones with cotom foot lights IMO it gives a more luxury look to the car. so i tried to figuer out how they did it by looking at the pictures they posted but i still have no clue. could somebody teach me how to install it on an 04 accord exl? DIY saves $$!

 

what is a foot light? How does it work when does it turn on or off? I might be able to help if you tell me its operation.

ithink its connected to the interior lights so it fades with them

it would be cool to add a switch to it so it could be turn on at night while driving but that part should be easier than connecting it to the car interior lights

ive seen these things, you can buy them as neon tube lights that plug into your cigarette lighter. they sell them at pep boys.

 

neons are crap

and it also takes up the cigaret lighter place

 

Neon looks a lot better than the crap you posted up... lol

Plus, you can "hardwire" the neon so it doesn't take you cigarette lighter space.
