on my accord, on teh driver's wiper....there is a small black piece attached to it..............wat the hell is that, and wat is it for....like like 1 inch wide and like 5-6 inches long......i thougth it was liek a squeege thingy

 

It's supposed to be like a little spoiler to keep your windshield wiper from flying up off your windshield at high speeds, but i don't have it on my accord and i've NEVER had any problems, so i don't think it really does much.
