EGR insufficient flow? P0401 code
My wife just got a 98 2dr Accord V6 with 90,000 miles on it. The CE light has been on since we got it. Today I put a code reader on it and found this code.
P0401: Egr insufficient flow
Is there a way to fix this and what exactly would the problem be? The car runs fine, but the CE light keeps coming back even after I clear the codes. The car sat for over a year without running because it was wrecked. My father in law just completely reworked the car for my wife. Everything is great on it except for that one code.

Common problem, the EGR port is clogged up. Pull off the intake manifold and clean it out.

The latest service bulletin calls for the port at the plenium to be opened up a little bit to make the flow better. There was also a recall that rerouted the pcv plumbing.
You can ask a honda dealer to run a VIN status inquiry to be sure that has been updated.

8 years or 80,000 miles. He's a little too late.
