Default ride quality!!!

oh so i have a cb7.
and i just got some VAOS coilovers to lower my car to 1.85 in front and 1.75 in back.
here is the website
http://www.vaos.net/COILOVERS.html

the spring rate is about 650 so the shocks are going to be koni yellow.

now has anyone have a car with spring rate of 650?
how is the ride quallity????
i am using this as a daily driving and work(i work as a pizza delivry) so i don't want it to be a lot stiff.
so if anyone is riding on spring rate of 650 how is the ride??

thanks

650 all around? Thats a pretty high spring rate. Pretty much all out racing stiffness for our fat accords... I've got Tein SS and they aren't even that stiff. Only about 336 in the front and 280 in the rear... So for a daily driven car like yourself, you might end up hating the stiffness of a spring rate. I set my struts pretty stiff too and the ride is pretty stiff. I would think 650 would be really annoying or even unbearable... Especially if you are going to deliver with it.

Yeah that's pretty extreme. Be prepared to feel every grain of sand on the road

those are pretty cheap for our accords, but i guess because its the coilover alone, are they really good coilovers? not known to sag etc...

I've never heard of them, are they worth the money?
