96-00 civic have holes for swaybar brackets?
you can mount a civic EX front sway bar into the civic DX, LX, etc, but if you wanted to mount an Si, CTR, or ITR front sway then you would have to install the Si LCA onto your car in order for it to work
does the swaybar bracket mount onto the LCA or the subframe of the car? i don't think it mounts to the LCA.

Ehhhh! Wrong...cars without front swaybars need new LCAs from a car that did have them. Provisions are on all cars for rear swaybars however.

I just put one on last week, although I do have Si Front LCAs. To answer your question, yes the holes are already there. There is no drilling involved.
