Default Chevy 3900 VS. Integra Type R...OUCH!!!

The chevy was in the front of the left hand turn lane and I was directly behind...The driver of the chevy decided to reverse to get in to the right hand turn lane...I tried to reverse, but by the time I looked up int my reveiw to check behind... He hit me and pushed me back about two feet...I was hit by the hanging T-bar.. They hang from the bed of utility trucks so that cars would hit that instead of the bed going in to the windsheild...He hit me at about 10 mph...he claims he never saw me and said "your car is to small to drive on the street, no one can see it." idiot

here are some pics

Looks ok right
drum roll please

How can he not see a yellow car? Same thing happened to me. I was behind this Rav4 and we were both exiting. This guy in a SUV tried to come through the exit so the Rav4 backed up into me. It left a dent on the hood with a little scratch on the grill. I got a check for $1400 for it so that was cool.
