Default Tie rod problem?

Hey im kinda new to this forum although i have been looking around for awhile. I have a Question and im hoping someone can help. I have a 91 SI CRX that I just bought. It has been lowered on really low springs before that made it rub. It now has some other springs, but I don't think they are stock. It doesn't rub but is kinda low, and the springs are red. I also have no idea if the shocks are OEM or what. When I drive I get all kinds of noises. I get a general squeking noise from all corners... which I assume are the springs. Also though, whenever I a) turn the wheel suddenly or b) hit any bumps, I get this really bad clunking noise from the front passenger side wheel area. I think it's the outter tie rod but I'm not sure. The boot on the tie rod looks pretty gone... but could it be other things too? Should I just take it to a mechanic and have it all looked at? Thank you

the springs are probably eibach sportlines. clean them off and it might still be written on there. the clunking noise when you are turning is your cv joint going out most likely.
