Cargo Divider 88 CRX DX?

Cargo Divider 88 CRX DX?
I own a 88 CRX DX. I' kinda new to the whole EF thing. What I want to know is: is there a panel that seperates the place where the rear seat would be (storage compartment) and the acutal space accessable through the hatch? Saw one on ebay and became confused. I didn't know something went there!
