I have a OBD-1 *P28* Mugen "Spec" ecu for trade. The OBD-1 ecu has been chipped to Mugen specs. The Vtec crossover is at 5700 and redline is at 9200. No speed governor. Will trade straight up for a JDM ITR ECU, CTR ECU, and even USDM ITR ECU.
