Default JDM R Header vs. spending the $ on Spoon, Mugen Ect.

can i get good performance gains from the JDM header? i'm planning to eventually go all motor, just mainly headwork. I wanted to hold out for the Spoon, but it cost too much dough. can i get some input?

thanx

The JDM 4-1 header will give you about 5hp at the mid-range. Spoon header offer more way more mid-range over a JDM header. Definitley worth to spend more for a Spoon header.

I think it's more worth it to go with the stainless JDM DC.

Talk about bang for the buck..

i like the Mugen headers. I dont really favor the spoon headers. But for the bang for your buck would be the JDM - R ones. But if you got a lil more to spend. Ive heard better reviews for spoon headers on typeR's than on any other swapped motor. ( what i have ) But Mugen is impressive in the mid range.
