first of the is a 91 crx si zc .Its like you have to jiggle the steering wheel to turn the key in certain instances, but that doesn't help this problem. I had just flushed the radiator and replaced it with a new one. So the car was running 1/2 hr b4 this happened. I get in the car after the rad swap and it wouldn't start(at this time the key actually turned the ign.) it seemed like the main relay went out( the cel light would never come on when I put it in the on position) and it would just click like it needed a jump. So after messing with the relay I go back to trying to crank the motor and the key just would not turn, like its the wrong key or the steering wheel needs to be jiggled. Please help me out. 212,000 miles and my car starts to fall apart. TIA

fiddle with the steering wheel, is it locked, if so turn it as far as you can to the left and try...
