Default Time for Headwork: DPR or Portflow

Well, im going to be starting my project in a little bit and was just wondering if anyone had any experience with either DPR or Portflow for headwork.

Obviously, Tom at Portflow knows his stuff, especially with Hondas, but I have also heard good things about DPR as well.

If anyone has any experience wih these companies, i'd like to hear youre opinions, not only in terms of the quality of the job and power, etc. , but how the company was to deal with as well.

If you go to DPR talk to Dan and tell him I sent you. You'll find him to be one of the nicest guys in this industry and his knowledge is amazing. He is the one I'd use if I had to do headwork. Tom is good too though and also super nice.

Agreed , Dan is a good guy and he is willing to help out anyway he can. I spoke to him for an hour last night about alot of stuff and it isn't all about car stuff, he is a good hearted person. He is alittle hard to talk to on the phone cause he's got alot going on but when you do he will give you the info you need. my head has been done for over a month now and I still talk to him 2-3 times a week, about all kinds of stuff. He documents everything with photos any will do a writen summary of the whole process from start to finish if you would like.
He spent 5 hrs just doing faliure anaylsis on my head before he even started the work. Fullly documented with pics. Like Dan Ponze said if you go with Dpr mention Him (I did) and also mention that you talked to me........Tom C

I have also heard many good things about portflow but have no personal experience with them except I run their titanium retainers. I'm not sure if you knew that Tom , the owner of portflow use to work for Dpr.

Anyway here are some pics

You gotta be kidding me: JG?! Dude, go to Portflow. Tom isn't going to run with your money like DPR, and his heads are way more consistent then JG. Do things right the first time. Go to Portlfow.

your in tampa, why not try topspeed performance, they are only 2.5 hours south, and josh does great work, he has the only dyno plot results of gains, not saying the others dont make the same kind of power, but if you ask mike K, he will give you a before and after dyno sheet, of just the diferances in heads, and he is alot chaeper, and no money to ship
