For reference: I am using a 1991 crx HF wire harness with this DOHC ZC if that matters.
Okay all, here is my situation...I have the DOHC ZC blacktop, it now starts because i bought a new 88-89 teg distributor and cam angle sensor and new wires and new plugs.

It starts for like 2 seconds really sputtery. The timing is off about 1-2 teeth, is that enough to make the motor not stay running?

What could be stopping my motor from fully running? We have fuel, we have spark...what is lacking here?

 

well there you go, you answered your own question...fix the timing and get back to us...

 

You going to the Niagara meet? Your out by hudson valley right? or am I thinking of some one else?

 

My timing is off a tooth and a half and my car runs fine aside from bogging for a split second when I go FWOT. Check your firing order.
