Default How do I remove the paint from my grill?

A few years back I had my front grill painted along with my other mouldings and whatever on my car. Lately I've been thinking of ways to change the grill back to black.

Here's a pic:

Anyway, what do you think the best method would be to get the grill black again? I'm looking for the most time/cost efficient way. Any other suggestions are welcome too.

1) Sand it with sand paper
2) Tape up my bumper and spray paint it black.
3) Use either some sort of paint thinner/acetone/aircraft remover
4) Take it to the body shop and pay them to do it for me

Remember I'm looking for cost effectiveness as well as something that won't take me forever and a day. Thanks in advance!

just an update, I visited the local pep boys and found a bottle of "Bulldog Flexible Parts Stripper". The stuff worked perfectly. As soon as I sprayed it on, the paint on my grill started cracking and peeling right off. After I wiped off the paint with a rag, the grill came out looking brand new.

Good stuff just be extemely careful with it, I had thin plastic gloves on and accidently touched a little of the foam and it burned even after taking off the gloves and washing my hands.
