anyone have this problem hazards and turn signals dont work makes a buzzing noise instead any ideas would be helpful searched but didnt find anything with the buzz problem

Buzzing sound eh? I have never experienced that with my crx. When you apply your blinkers, does the arrow in the cluster flash rapidly?

 

i know when i actually disconnect the lights/turn signals from my car it will make a buzzing sound if i try to activate the hazards. make sure nothing is disconnected or grounding itself out.

 

Could it be the fuel pump? I know on my crx, when the turn signals are turned on, their is a whining buzz. I dont know, I am prolly wrong.

i don't know how load your buzz is, but when i have the lights disconnected and it buzz's its pretty crazy loud. it definately lets you know that something is up.

 

you might just have a bad blinker relay...easy to replace and not expensive.
