DC/MD/VA folks help.
When it gets cold (as it is beginning to do now) what do you guys do about tires? I heard that the 010's, if frozen, will never be the same again. Should I get winter tires, or all-seasons, or just keep the 010's on there?
hey i almost killed myself on my re010's last year. try not to drive in the snow with them if thats possible. i had absolutely no traction and ended up in the middle of the intersection. Just be careful.
luckily it dosn't snow that much so you don't have to worry about it a lot.

I am putting my car up for winter, and will be riding only my Honda Elite 50 scooter.. Mods are - BMX footpegs on both axles for fun, and the body is currently out being covered in some thick Leopard fur..

I think I remember reading that you're not supposed to use them when it cold outside much less snow. I think it said that in the manual. You'll notice, the colder it gets, the more wheel spin you'll get. Kinda dangerous. Also they don't let go of the snow like normal tires which makes them extremely dangerous in snow. I would change them out in a few weeks.
I have a second set of stock rims with all seasons on them that I'll switch out in a few weeks.
