Would injectors pulse if there is no power to the ECU?

Would injectors pulse if there is no power to the ECU?
I'm not getting any spark but there is fuel. There is no check engine light. I unplugged some senors and no check engine light. So I'm thinking my ecu is dead....Any suggestions?

You think your ECU is dead because the distributor isn't giving any spark?
I would suggest you try a new disrtibutor before a new ECU.
