Exhaust fitment

Heyy I gotta 97 civic EX and I wanna put a 97 civic DX Cat-back on my EX....will it all bolt up perfectly or is there something different......

the dx and ex have the cat in different places. i think you will run into a problem less something that a mig welder cant fix.
