I have a Greddy Header and Exhaust. I want to get rid of my muffler and get new pipes ran with a es oval muffler. My question is would it sound weird if I were to run aluminum pipes?

My buddy has a bunch of aluminum exhaust piping from his dads shop and is willing to install it for free. I just don't know if it will sound crazy with a stainless header and aluminum pipes.

 

If its free then try it ! The worst that can happen is that it sounds like ****. I don't think it will though; A resonator could greatly help?

 

Are you sure it's not Aluminized?
