Default Portflow inners what retainers?

gsr/itr valve springs with portflow inner valve springs. Should stock retainers suffice?

i heard titanium retainers dont last long. The main goal of my project is longevity and reliebality.

FYI im running a ctr intake cam now.

Will be swapping out for cams similar lift just a lot more duration......want more MIDRANGE for putting around town.

8200 will be my redline.

The cams are Buddy Club Spec 3+.

It seems like even complete stock valvetrain would suffice with these cams. I heard springs only bind from extra lift. Ive never heard of springs binding from duration.

Then leave it internally stock and work on flow: intake header/exhaust/(pullies if necessary) and then Tune the A/F with Hondata or another EMS. Just keep everything OEM and you will have a good combo as long as you don't spin it to 15K or whatever.

BTW longer duration/overlap usually puts the tq/Hp curves higher in the RPM band. so you should consider that with your 8200 rpm limit and cam selection

ive seen dyno charts comparing ctr cams to the buddy club and they kill the ctrs in the mid range. i already have all the bolt ons tuned with a v-afc.

AEM ITR CAI
STR TB
OBD-1 harness
JDM 4-1
Skunk 2 IM
No CAT or P/S
Greddy SP exhaust
CTR intake cam/GSR exhaust
JDM b18c SIR-g Block
B and M fuel Regulator tuned to 52psi

Check sig for power and times

If you want to go with portflow inners, then do it if you want. It's really not needed. Especially running Honda OEM cams, and redine to 8k. It is pretty sufficient staying stock type r valvetrain

Go to your local acura dealer parts dept. or acuraautomotiveparts.com

Does anyone know if i spelled the site out correct
