Definately need to replace Springs and Shocks pronto... if you want to spend some money get a full coil over kit or if not i have skunk2 coils and if i had the money i'd have some adjustable KYB's but i don't so i have tokico and i'm happy with it

I would go with tokico hp's and ground control coil-overs .

You wheel size doesn't matter until you get up to Size 17" wheels, then you really need to worry about ride height. My car I used Neuspeed Race Springs which has a 2.25 in drop.

There is a battle over Coils or springs. Some say springs are better and some prefer coilovers. I rode in my friends CRX w/ those dropezone coilovers and my friends hatch w/ the skunk2 coilovers and it was too bouncy for me. They didn't like them either. Thats how I made my choice for spring. I knew what springs felt like because I have had them on my Prelude for 4 years. Very stiff.

well...i dont have the rims that i plan on getting right now, so i wouldnt know which springs would put me at the correct height...so i guess i'll just get coilovers

I am not trying to persuade you to get springs, but search the forums (**archives) for Springs/coilovers (in any combo) There had to be at least 20-30 threads with ppl listing there combos and pics of what it looks like. Also in case you missed the first part of what I was saying, clearance won't be an issue until you get up to a size 17" wheel. Thats when you need to worry about scrubbing, etc . So going from a 13 in wheel to a 15/16 in wheel shouldn't be a problem

if your going to purchase a whole new suspension i would reccommend getting

Ground Control Coilovers & KYB AGX adjustable shocks

great combo and not very expensive.

Ebay has both items for less than retail.

true your wheel size unless 17 will not matter and as for correct ride height that all depends on what you are doing with this car if our daily driving it and don't want to worry about having to maneuver away and over every little bump then i would suggest a slight drop spring of if you get coil overs just crank them up and down until you are satisfied with where you ride height is at. i see that you live in Ohio I'm from PA and when i used to drive my civic in the winter (no longer thanks to 93 Corsica for a beater) it was nice to have the coil overs to lift it back up to somewhat stock height in the snow so i wasn't plowing and smashing the underneath of my car off of every little snow drift bank ball whatever and you still have the benefit of a stiffer spring and better handling at stock height... to me that was another major issue in my decision. hope that helps

Actually Drop zone coilovers have very good stiff spring rates. With good struts your car will handle very well. But will be super stiff. But if your worried about a stiff ride then dont lower your car, or get air ride and while your at it get some gold teef.

I have h and r race springs, and kyb agx adjustable shocks. My car barely moves
