Default Questions about JDM D15B

I have some questions about the JDM D15B. I am planning a turbo buildup and would like to hit 250-300whp max but somewhere over 200 minimally. I am thinking JDM D15B is a good starting point because of the rod ratio and the LSD tranny.

I apologize if these are already answered but I didn't find definitive answers when searching.

Questions are:

1 - Are the rods of a D16Yx different than those of the JDM D15B? I have found resources that say length is the same but I have also read that large end diameter is different. More specifically will LS rods work on this motor with custom rod bushings?

2 - I would like to use Vitara pistons as per the GB going on at honda-tech. These are said to be a direct replacement for D16 pistons however they lower CR. Are there any size differences between JDM D15B and D16 pistons which would prohibit this?

3 - If this type of buildup is not viable with this motor is there another D series motor with a good rod ratio that this will work in?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks.
