wow, finally found a forum I can post in, great feature that "trial member" deal

I just wanted to say congrats to Pulp Fiction on the most incredible port and polish job on the face of the planet (re: alltrac celica killed, kill forum) to give him at least another 40 hp to beat an AWD All-Trac with a FWD Prelude Si (okay give or take considering the power to weight ratios) Not to mention the stunning torque gains! Can you show me how to do that on my AT? I should at least be able to add another 50 or 60 using your technique.

Lemme just shed some light on a few things for ya PF... The Celica All-Trac was a limited edition model introduced to mass production and distribution solely for the purpose of allowing Toyota to enter the AT (known as the GT FOUR in the rest of the world) into the World Rally Championship circuit. About 1700 were imported to the US from 90-93. The AT was detuned in some regards but it's engine, the 3SGTE and it's tranny is essentially set up for rally race purposes, so it doesn't have the smooth driveability characteristics that your Prelude or say a Celica GT has, in other words you have to be concentrating on driving like a grandma to get it to roll gently off the line from a stop, my AT jerks off the line and is fairly loud without me really intending to do anything but get from point A to point B. So I doubt very much that the guy you were talking about having "killed" with your Si was paying any attention to you until you screamed out your window like an idiot; he was probably minding his own business otherwise he most certainly would have handed you your *** in short order especially once the turbo had a chance to spool up.

If you doubt my claims, we have a few guys over at alltrac.net from PA who would probably love to give you the chance at a rematch. So feel free to come over and talk trash in our back yard.
