I have read a lot of HID threads and the HID Forum. But I want to get oppinons on what is good for my 00 civic. As most of you know the stock lights do not do much and I was not really inpressed with the Silverstars. My questions are is say buying a used kit off a BMW or Mercedes etc better and more reliable than these kits you can buy? I have herd most kits do not last over a year etc. How hard is it to make the BMW ones fit etc. Anyother info would be great.

 

not very hard. just get a BMW or Benzo kit. and if u dont wanna do a retro fit. just buy some casper sheilds and they should be fine. the casper shields might need a lil honing to make it fit

 

What all do I need to make sure I get from a BMW kit? Is there any questions I should ask while buying a used kit? Whats a decetn price for a used BMW kit.
