Default crank and pulley problems

so here is my situation I had not tightned my pulley enough and the bolt came loose and sheared the key and key way on the crank ugh! so I was thinking about trying to stick a new key and pulley on thre and lock tite the bastard and maybe add a little tack weld to sure it on, but just a lil so if needed i can air chisel it off.

do you think the new key and lock tite will do? I am afraid if i weld it it may throw off the crank at high rpm's?? and if it is off balance how much vibration would occur? I really dont want to pull the engine and crank out!
