i have a bone stock ls motor and i need some advice on what tranny should i use.what tranny would be best for the motor stock and when motor is being built.

B16 tranny or you can opt for the LSD equipped B16 otherwise known as a USDM ITR

or better yet the JDM ITR with the 4.785 final drive(S4C)

 

about how much can i get that tranny

 

for around 1200 bux maybe more maybe less

 

Id get a YS-1 (gsr) if ur tranny is cable. Thats the one i like best. You can feel the pull in third gear.

 

speaking of GSR YS1 i have one i am trying to sell but someone has dibs on it as we speak, but if it falls through it is still for sale

 

how much do you want for it and what conditions is it in, i really need one my third shyncro is totally out and 2nd is going out as well.

 

thanks guys i looked for the itr and found it for 650 it runs great the gears are really short and smooth

 

use a b16 tranny with lsd so that youll be fast but youwont have to **** with the motor to much and youll be able to pass smog like some of us cant fi you dont build tooo much

650 for an itr tranny? thats cheap...right under the itr's tranny there is the s4c out of 99-00 si and they go for like 800
