Default color code for rod and main bearings d16y7

I need to know how to determine the color code for my d16y7. I am going to use this block and rods but I need to find out what the color code I need to order for the rod bearings and main bearings. Anyone have any idea?
I talked with a honda tech but he asked for some numbers on the block and rods(, and journal?).

id imagine its the same for a D as it is for a B.

there are five letters stamped on the bottom of the block, a stamp on the side of each rod where it meets the crank, and stamps on the crankshaft. Those will tell you what color bearings you have

Usually, you compare the code on the block, with the numbers/letters on the crank, and find where they match on the chart in the FSM to pick the bearings.Same with the rods and crank.Or you plastigauge them to find out.In situations where you just dont have the time, just run the green bearings(std size)

will the green bearings work? I don't have the block with me right now. Can I just give them the numer on the bearings themselves?

Green bearings always work for me,unless the crank has been damaged or rods spun a bearing before.Than you might need oversized bearings.Just tell them you need the green bearings for your engine/car.If you get the code from the block/crank and rods the dealer should be able to find the right bearing color though.
