Default Bad transmission problem, maybe blown clutch?

aight heres the deal. I gotta 96 GSR and this is my second transmission on it. its from a 99 with less then 40k on it. the first transmission blown cuz of course i was beatin on it like a retard. now this one is startin to go, from what i think. yesterday im on the highway at a light. my freind told me to pull of on these guys next to me....so me being the retard, i pulled off and since i gots a GSR you know i took it up too all 8200 RPMs....well that was in first gear, then i went to **** into 2nd and grinded the whole way down to the next light. then when that light turned green i went to put it into gear and it woundnt go into any. like i couldnt move the shifter besides left and right. so im stuck on the high way so i turend the car off and put it into gear, then started it and it was jumpin all over the place. now it goes into all the gears and i can drive it, but in first gear it shakes all the way through until i let go of the clutch. but the thing is it feels like the clutch is literally going to fall right off. i dunno if it could be the clutch flywheel, pressure plate, throw out bearing or the relase hub or baring....or the pin, or even the gear snycros, but im lookin more towards the clutch. Now i spent 1200 on the tranny and install, and im 1 broke mo fo... i know mad **** about B series engines...and ive done a lot of work on my car myself.... and im thinkin off tryina fix it myself, but i would need a diagram of the tranny and how to take it off and install a new clutch....thats if it is the clutch.. if anybody can help me out with any part of that it would be deeply apreiciated....please help me out soon....thanx

It's a few bolts, the axles, and some plugs. It's kind of a pain in the **** when you've never done it. But if you are mechanically inclined, as you say you are. It's pretty self explanitory. Drain the oil, remove the bolts from the back mount, all tranny bolts(the ones that connect the tranny to the block not the bellhousing bolts), side and front mounts, axles, speedo plug, reverse light plug. I'm sure you know someone that has done it before, that will show you how to do it. It's a chore but not hard to do.

It could just be something as simple as bleeding the clutchslave. Yea taking out the tranny is a pain.

a 14,17, and 19mm, high lift jack, jack stands, torque wrench will come in handy and also an extra pair of hands.

Oh yea if you are using your old bolts that connects from the clutch to the flywheel. Don't torque iit too much cuz it will break. i think its 18lbs for new bolt I found out the hard way.

Its not really hard at all, its just very tedious.
