I just used NXT for the first time and its the ****. not many detail guys like it though because there are abrasives in it.

The glaze is what helped with the swirlmarks and its perfectly safe to use because its not a wax. It costs 7 bucks and you can get it at Jockos, Napa or CarQuest normally.

i would try some Meguiars DACP ( Dual Action Cleaner Polish) then the #7 and seal it with the nxt. dacp does more of a removal then #7 which i think hides the swirls instead of removing them. But DACP/#7/NXT will yeild you are pretty mirror/wet finish
ps. I just rememberd..use a Porter Cable polisher for the DACP if you have one. If not i guess the #7 and NXT will do well with hand work.

Nice
But yeah, all the #7 does really is it fills in little scratches but its nothing completely permanent, if you wanna really get rid of them you need to compound your car. I don't really recommend doing that if you havn't taken body classes.

meguiars step 1 paint cleaner system gets rid of swirls perfectly, then you apply wax and you're finished.. did my friends black STi which was a swirl lovers dream, and afterward the car looked showroom again.
damn so thats what you use to get rid of swirl marks.. i have hella swirls on my paint. how do you apply that stuff? is it like applying wax?
Good Job
I use the Meguiars nxt now also as my second coat of wax and it just makes my black car like new again, like you said takes care of the swirls and gives it that deep glossy black back.

You wanna do the glaze one panel at a time. Do not, I mean seriously, DO NOT apply this in the sun or it will be a kick in the nuts to take off.

Is there a specific order when you use this stuff?
