EF heads listen up........deal of the century here

i have TWO thats right TWO B18A1's that i would like to trade for a complete CRX Si swap INCLUDING the CRX Si front knuckles w/ good brakes........here is what i have and i will list the reason why this stuff is going

B18A1
intermediate shaft bolts broken, 2 easy outs broken in two different bolts (take to machine shop for that.....other then that it has NO problems AT ALL)
ABSOLUTELY no grinds in the tranny
JUN ultralite flywheel
ACT upgraded organic clutch
stock PR4 ECU
HCP Mount Kit
integra front knuckles w/ Brembo Slotted Rotors and AEM Pads
Custom shift linkage
new water pump
new timing belt
new alternator belt

B18A1 longblock (no manifolds/alternator/distributor) (w/ B18B head)
2 cylinder walls have rust, b18b exhaust valves are burnt
only little work needed on this motor to get it running

so thats what YOU get, here is all i am asking for in return

90-91 CRX Si motor with a reasonable mileage on it (preferably 120k or lower)
ABSOLUTELY no grinds in the tranny
CRX Si motor mounts and ECU
CRX Si front knuckles w/ good rotors n pads on em (IE still got life)
ACT Clutch w/ 8.4lbs flywheel (new)
shift linkage

and thats bascially it, i am losing out BIG TIME here.....i am in Nor Cal and i dont want to do any shipping i need my car running again so lets make a deal

 

Damn too bad you wont take my 88 it has 121k miles on it runs great...

hmmmm.....if it will bolt right into my car with NO wiring issues then i may consider it.......can anyone confirm?
