Buy a new ignitor or buy a refurbished dizzy? They're the SAME PRICE!!!
I have a '94 GSR with a bad ignitor. Acura wants something like $220 for just the ignitor alone, but my friend can pick it up for $170 from them. Generic ignitors cost as much as my friend can get a new one for. Entire "new" refurbished distributors cost about the same price. Do I have any other options here? Is there anyone who sells refurbished ignitors?
I'd go with the refurbished one, only because I've had the same rebuilt distributor on my last 3 motor set ups, well over 150k combined miles.

What is wrong with distributor kings??
