I'm not sure what the piping looks like before the muffler but maybe try pushing something down through the exhaust to bump it out.

or

Take a coat hanger and bend it so it makes a "J" and then shove it down the silencer and try to pull it out. When the siliencer gets stuck on my exhaust i take a pair of vise grip plyers and clip it on the silencer and pull. Try heating it a little bit either by torch or if you have a bigger oven. When the metal gets hot it will expand and should be able to pull out easily.

ok ive tried vice grips/wd 40/grease/driving for about 30 min so it gets hot/hammer/screwdrivers/dremel to sand it down.. etc etc etc.

got it out about 1/4 of an inch tops..

i would drive the car so the muffler is hot, then cool the silencer with some ice (but not the muffler). hot = expand, cold = contract

Why do you need the silencer out so bad? If you don't want to use it anymore just dremel it out completely.

#1 i talked to JDMLifestyle and he told me to sand it down which i did.. no luck
#2 i might want to keep the silencer in case i really need it
#3 a coat hanger isnt anything close to strong enough to pull it out considering i put a vice grip on the dam thing and i pulled as hard as i could and used my body wight...

i got about an inch to go.....

Go find a wide empty space, and gun the hell out of your car. Eventually the exiting exhaust gas will have enough velocity to push the silencer out. I had this problem with my old A'PEXi N1. I used a ratchet wrench as a hook to wiggle the silencer out. What a ******* pain in the ***.

Umm did you unbolt it? maybe the bolt is still attached... or go to a gym and grab some muscles to help you yank that thing out. good luck.

tire shine
some really greasy ****
and none of them worked til i used that bit on a drill and it slid right out like it was nothing

Did you try taking the screw out? J/K. Did you try pushing one end in? Get it to tilt a little. Maybe you can get a better grip on it.
