Accord suspension problem?
Well my tire was flat and i changed it with the spare in the back. And supposedly when i went to get it fixed they told me that my supension for my car was all messed up cause of the spare? And they are charging about 1000 to fix it all. Am i getting ripped off or did the spare actually do this? the spare was a tiny little tire probably 10's or something and i know the spare wasnt flat. When i make u-turns i could hear some sort of sound but im not sure
I've never heard about this. Plus, if you were to pay 1000 dollars for suspension work you might as well spend that money on something better than stock parts.
I've driven with my spare and it hasn't changed anything on my car. Maybe you need a wheel alignment, but nothing more than that.

For non full size spares (if the tire in your trunk is smaller than the tires on your wheels), you're usually able to drive it at least 100 miles before it can possibly cause damage. Most manuals say that if your spare is not the standard size, get a new tire asap, but it's still driveable for about 100 or so miles at low driving speeds.
I doubt that it wouild cost $1000 to fix the problem though if that actually applies to you. Might be a good idea to get a second opinion from another mechanic.
