Default jdm h22a motor vs usdm h22a1 head gasket

I have a 92 jdm h22a motor in my 90 accord when I put it in i noticed that when I was driven it I wasn't feeling the Prelude power, I wasn't even feelin vtec I did a compression test and the numbers are all off except the last cylinder from one all the way up to for it is gradually rising. Four reads 240 one read like 130 but it is still quick I used my accord tranny. And my question is will a usdm headgasket work on a jdm engine.

you probably have bad rings if your compression is that low. its a 110psi difference. i suggest doing a leak down test to see whats wrong and time for a rebuild
