Default aftermarket fasteners vs. aftermarket lugnuts?

the concensus seems to be use honda bolts, etc. when dealing with suspension, etc. but what about the four little lugnuts for the wheels?

i just bought some used panasports and they appear to have the standard straight taper and not the 'honda' rounded taper.

just pick up some at Autozone? other better sources with regards to strength, quality?

I've been using Skunk2 lugs with no problems - I think warren was using them as well. They werent cheap (almost $5/ea from NOPI), but they're longer and easy to get on - I impact them off all the time also.

generic mcgard or gorillas worked fine. go to any tire store, buy em in bulk instead of little packages like at autozone. relatively cheap. aluminum would be more of a liability than any sort of advantage in my opinion.
