Default A/C Steel line question

When I swapped my ZC in my 89 DX.. I wanted it to be a joe dirt zc... extremely fast, but costing almost nothing... so before i swapped it in i removed the A/C compressor... and I cut all the steel lines in bay =[

now, its summer... and I live in Florida

Within the next couple months a B16a1 is gonna be swapped in and it comes wit A/C

How much of a pain the **** would it be to have the steel lines reinstalled?

*cough*not cheap*cough*

each pipe is about $100 bucks plus labor plus freon plus misc like orings and other **** like that.

your proably better off selling your A/C commpressor. the ******** at the repair place didnt put oil in the system and fired it.

if you are selling it how much.

It's not that hard to do yourself. I would suggest you install them yourself and then take it in for a fill. While you're at it, you will have the chance to change out all your o-rings (cheap) for the ones used in R-134 systems. Convert to R-134 and save some $$$.

I have seen entire A/C systems being sold on here for $200 so I'm sure you can score all the steel lines for cheap.

You will need to change out the filter/dryer while you're at it. They don't work well if exposed to open air over a period of time.
