Ive heard that on a B18b the most power being made for turbo'ed car is 0,0 so cam gears would be worthless on that car.... but on the b18c1 you can get a little improvement by adjusting the cam gears ...

I have a set of AEM cam gears on my car, my tuner chose not to adjust them. They don't need to be on a boosted car. They are set at 0 degress both intake and exhaust and it's fine.

Cam gear tuning is good for /na setups.

not really true, all cars can benefit from cam gears depending on whats been done to the motor. Think about this, say a motor (turbo,sc, na, whatever) has had some internal work done and the block was decked and the head was milled. Technically the motor is shorter and the timing belt is the same size its always been, the cam positions may be slightly different than stock. With cam gears you can dial out that slight difference and possible pick up a few hp. I donno i tend to like them, to bad my skunk 2 intake cam gear exploded on me and now i have some work to do
