Compression ratio of b16a head on a b18C5 block

I know that it's the same casting, but was wondering if I put the B16a1 head on my ITR block would the compression ratio be the same?

the exact same as if was with the stock itr head

they use the same head. yes the compression will be the same. but the itr head has a slight port/polish from the factory.. maybe its a rumor or true.. but thats what ive heard and read.

ITR head has a mild port/polish as well as the stronger valve train and more aggressive camshafts...
