Default Sway Bars

Alright guys, I have a delima. I own a 92 Integra. I am debating on wether I should get some Sus. Tech sway bars (front/rear) or if I would be good just getting a Progress rear bar. The reason I ask is because the ST is only 19mm rear and the Progress is 22mm. Oh and just to let you know what i'm already working with: H&Rrace springs and Tokico Illumina shocks. I do auto-x and i'm ready to step up the handling. It does awesome with what I have now, I just turn the rear shocks all the way up. So, let me know if I should get front and rear or if I just need a bigger (22mm) rear. Thanks.

The Progress bar is not overkill. I don't see the need for the ST front bar, you will probably reduce your front grip with it. I think your choice should come down to the ST rear or Progress rear.

With 450/550 spring rates and the Progress bar, I like the balance. Much better on track and autocross.

I honestly don't think you'll notice a big difference between the two.

I'd suggest just getting the Progress bar... I'm currently running a 24mm front bar, Progress 22mm rear, along with 500F and 400R springs and think the car does really well in transitions but pushes in steady state corners. I'm going to fix this by either increasing the rear spring rate and/or going to a larger rear bar.

Probably the next thing you should look at is switching over to coilover's with higher spring rates

Try no front sway bar...ST or Progress rear sway bar and play with settings to suit your driving style.

450F 550R spring rates...koni yellows

they don't make the Comptech bar for 2nd Gen Integra's. But, I have heard of a lot of people taking off their front sway bar. So it looks like all I need is a rear? By the way, my spring rates are already high. It's like 600lb front, 450lb rear.
