Default JG 301 Cams

Anyone have experience with these? I searched recent and archived but not a whole lot came up.

i got basically just bolt ons (i/h/e) and wondering if these cams will require me to upgrade the valvetrain. Any help would be great, TIA.

i've had these before. back in the day. the idle like crap, however they can really make some power on the high end. you'll lose some low end. but it's a decent trade off. would be better if you can up your comp from stock. i ran stock comp but i imagine it would have been really run with higher comp.
