Disregarding true coilovers... what is the best handling spring/shock/camber kit combo available?

I am not going to autocross, but i want the best handling combo available.
Ive done a lot of searching and this is what i came up with:

Springs: Neuspeed Race or H&R Race
Shocks: Koni Yellows
Camber: Ingall?

Here are questions that get asked a lot:
Will you autocross? No
What integra do you have? 2000 LS 2dr.
Will you take turns at high speeds? Yes
What is important to YOU? To have a ride that people genuinely respect and a suspension that will support extrememly aggressive driving when needed and normal grandma driving the rest of the time.

Anyway, if any of you have another suggestion i would love to hear it. I am finalizing my decision this weekend after paycheck.
