Default Clifford Alarm

I was told my car has a clifford alarm.....its is possible for me to find how which model it is?.....i just bought this car, and the guy said its under teh hood.....teh remote has a I and a II on it

find the brain and look on it. You probably have a Clifford Cyber ALarm which wasn't all that great.

where would i find that....i've never had an alarm before, so i dont even nkow wat to look for (shape, size, colour) and i dont even know where it would be

Look under the steering colum. You should find a black box, if it's a clifford alarm it is probably a box about 8"x4" and about an inch thick. It will have a long skinny plug in it with some wires running up into the main bundly of wires on the steering colum, and other wires running from the plug out to other spots under the dash.

Do you have a siren under the hood, if you can post a pic of the siren it might give some of us an idea of how old the alarm is.

wat do u mean by siren? like when i open the car without turning off the alarm......the car starts to make sooo much noise....weher would teh siren be located?

sorry, i meant to say where under the hood would the siren be located....like near teh grill? or near teh driver side or passenger side etc.

Could be anywhere, might not even be under the hood, but the most common place is under the hood, usually along the firewall or on one of the strut towers.

okay....under the wheel, i found a blue box, but it had nothing written on it, also, my actual alarm on my keychain says viper on it with 2 buttons, one marked I and the other II........i think the guy got confused when he told me it was a clifford

kk...i foudn teh siren....its a black thing....kinda looks like a cone....is there seomthign written on it that i should look for..or can i open it ?
